Job Description
Northern Systems Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to employees and help maintain reliable workplace technology.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user support requests, and assist with day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee technical support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up computers, user accounts, and workplace devices.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Assist with software updates and IT maintenance.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
